snake islandAs we  enjoy the beautiful warm weather, we must realize we are not the only creatures around. We share this great county with a host of critters, including snakes. Most of us are not a fan of snakes of any variety. Do know that there are lots of great beneficial snakes around.
We must be watchful over our pets according to the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA), most snake bites occur to pets between March and October, when snakes are most active.
